The Reading Agency has just announced the theme for the 2025 Summer Reading Challenge: Story Garden – Adventures in Nature and the Great Outdoors.

This exciting new theme will inspire children to tap into a world of imagination through reading and exploring the magical connection between storytelling and nature.

Details of how to take part will be shared in the coming months.

Visiting the library is free and open to everyone.  

If you are visiting the area and do not hold a card from a Libraries West  Council Library, you are welcome to borrow books on a temporary membership card.

We have made this a welcoming space for the whole community.
